Return & Refund Policy

When you purchase from Bedtime for Kids, we want to make sure you love what you get. We understand that sometimes things don't quite work out—in this case just send the item back within 14 days of receiving it in its original condition and with all packaging intact for a full refund. We'll refund everything except delivery charges when they arrive safely back at our store.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our products come with a minimum 12 month manufacturers warranty (length of warranty varies, depending on manufacturer). If any item(s) that you have purchased develop a fault, and it's more than 14 working days since you received them, then provided your item(s) are within their warranty period, you will be entitled to a warranty repair.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom or made-to-order products (LIFETIME KIdsrooms and Mathy By Bols products are all made-to-order) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Failed delivery

If the Buyer fails to accept delivery on the agreed delivery date, the Seller reserves the right to charge the Buyer to cover the cost of the failed delivery. This charge depends on the weight and size of the item.  An Admin fee (RTS) charge will also be added.
